ngredient is an AI-powered recipe generation application that creates recipes based on user inputs and preferences. Recipes and nutritional information are generated automatically using artificial intelligence.
3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
All recipes and related content are generated by artificial intelligence. While we aim to provide helpful and creative results, we do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability.
Nutritional information (if provided) is an estimate only and should not be relied upon for medical or dietary decisions.
4. Food Safety and Allergy Disclaimer
You are solely responsible for verifying ingredients and ensuring recipes meet your dietary restrictions, allergies, and health needs.
ngredient does not assume any responsibility for adverse reactions, food safety issues, or health outcomes resulting from use of generated recipes.
5. Accounts
You may use ngredient in anonymous mode or create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
Certain features may require a paid subscription. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the billing period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable.
7. Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse the Service or attempt to disrupt it.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer the system.
- Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes.
8. Intellectual Property
The ngredient name, branding, design, and software are owned by the creator of ngredient. You may use generated recipes for personal use. Commercial redistribution of the application itself is not permitted.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ngredient is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at our discretion if these Terms are violated.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
