Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting ngredient. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available for subscriptions purchased through our payment processor (Stripe).

2. Subscriptions and Cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the current billing period.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not provide a refund for the current billing period.

3. Monthly Plans

Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable.

4. Annual Plans

Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund if requested within 7 days of the initial purchase.

After 7 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

We may provide refunds at our discretion in cases of technical error or accidental duplicate charges.

Note: Refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
